Job Description

Responsibilities

•  Establish new clients within the Hospitality industry.
•  Service existing Hospitality clients within the architectural and interior design communities
• Conduct customer needs analysis; create solutions within customer’s budget
•  Develop & deliver sales presentations in a professional & effective manner by:
• Developing presentations for potential customers
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company activities, industry trends & government regulations
• Maintain knowledge of all sales demonstration tools & applications
• keep product library up to date
• Provide sample products to clients.
• Meet with clients weekly
• Ability to create design presentations
• Maintain professional and relationships with corporate office personnel i.e. customer service, sample department and other designers.
• Ability to Close the sale
• Conduct customer follow-ups
• Participate in community activities as necessary to ensure continued customer business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design
• 4+ years of experience in Hospitality design field
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated ability to hit sales quotas
