Service Technician

What You’ll Do

• Track down and repair roof leaks with precision and urgency
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep customers’ roofs watertight
• Work side-by-side with Service Managers to support both commercial and residential clients
• Step up when the company needs it — inspections, repairs, or special projects
• Lead by example in the field: safety, quality, and hustle every single day

• Roofing experience (service, repair, or installation — commercial or residential)
• A “whatever it takes” mentality — not just clocking hours, but owning outcomes
