Garden State AGNC is a growing sales and marketing company based in Piscataway, New Jersey . We specialize in face-to-face customer interactions within retail environments, providing personalized service and support to our clients. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Junior Sales Specialists .

Position Overview:

As a Junior Sales Specialist , you will engage with customers directly in retail locations. You will introduce our clients' services, generate leads, and contribute to meeting performance goals. No prior sales experience is needed as we offer comprehensive paid training to help you succeed.

Please Note: We are only considering applicants who are currently located in or near Piscataway, New Jersey This position requires local availability and relocation assistance is not provided .

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers face-to-face in retail environments
• Promote services in a clear, friendly, and professional manner
• Generate qualified leads and assist the sales team
• Meet daily and weekly performance goals
• Maintain a clean and professional display or booth space
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development sessions

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with people
• Punctual and reliable attendance
• No prior sales experience required — paid training provided
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly pay plus uncapped commission
