🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

Be the friendly first point of contact for homeowners
Answer inbound calls, texts, and emails—no cold calling
Help customers with updates, scheduling, and questions about their roofing project
Collaborate with our sales, scheduling, and production teams to ensure a smooth experience
Keep notes and updates organized in our CRM
Solve problems with patience and professionalism

💼 The Details

💵 Pay: $20/hr + weekly bonuses based on performance
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (yep, no weekends )
🏢 Location: In-office, Sherman Oaks HQ
🤝 Full-time, with training and tools provided

✅ You’d Be a Great Fit If You...

Have 1+ year of customer service, office admin, or support experience
Communicate clearly and confidently—on the phone and in writing
Love helping people and solving problems
Stay organized and calm under pressure
Are comfortable with tech (CRM systems, email, Microsoft Office, etc.)
Show up on time, take initiative, and bring positive energy
