🎧 Audio Visual (AV) Technician Intern – 6-Month Contract

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy AV Technician Intern to join our team in San Francisco. This is a 6-month contract position designed for hands-on learning and development, with a clear path to a permanent full-time opportunity based on performance and team fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with setup, operation, and teardown of AV equipment for meetings, events, and presentations
  • Provide day-to-day support for conference rooms, video conferencing tools, and digital signage
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic AV, networking, and connectivity issues
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for scheduled AV activities
  • Maintain inventory and ensure AV equipment is well-maintained and stored properly
  • Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
  • Support hybrid meeting technologies (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of AV systems, including projectors, microphones, speakers, and control panels
  • Familiarity with conferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced tech environment
  • Availability to work onsite in San Francisco
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
