The Role:

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who’s eager to kick-start or grow their career in tech sales. In this role, you'll be responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities to support our VP of Sales. You’ll serve as the first point of contact with potential clients, using a mix of phone, email, social, and research-driven outreach to spark conversations and build a high-quality pipeline. This is an hybrid role in Brooklyn, NY with hands-on mentorship and direct exposure to leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively research and identify high-potential prospects in the real estate and proptech space
  • Execute outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage and qualify leads
  • Follow up on inbound interest and convert it into sales conversations
  • Maintain and manage a pipeline of active leads in our CRM
  • Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales on lead strategy and pipeline development
  • Track outreach metrics and optimize campaigns for conversion
  • Stay informed on real estate trends and industry developments

Qualifications:

  • 0–2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role
  • Strong communication skills—comfortable on the phone and clear in writing
  • Highly organized with solid time management and follow-up habits
  • Driven, self-motivated, and ready to learn in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • Experience in real estate, proptech, or B2B SaaS is a bonus
