Tealite Drinks & Snow in Morgan Hill, CA is looking for part-time tea barista to join our team. We are located on 624 Tennant Station. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, with a passion for customer service, and who enjoys boba and coffee products!

Responsibilities

• Brew and cook tea and boba products to high accuracy
• Cash register/cash handling
• High-caliber customer service
• Brew coffee and managing coffee products
• Manage inventory counts regularly and accurately
• Maintain clean work areas at closing and throughout the day
• Morning and mid-day prep work
• Punctual and consistent work attendance

Qualifications

• Open availability during weekends is required year-round (Friday-Sunday)
• Able to commit to minimum 4 days a week ( 2 of those must be Friday-Sunday)
• Previous barista experience of any kind highly preferred (6+ months)
• Active Food Handler's Certification is a plus (but not required before time of hire)
• Proven record of ability to work alone in a work environment
• Previous work history of 6 months or longer
