🔬 Scientist I – Chemistry/Biochemistry

📍 Location: Morrisville, NC

💼 Full-Time | GLP/GMP Environment

Join a fast-paced, collaborative team where your scientific expertise will directly support early-stage drug development and formulation design for small molecules and biologics. We're looking for a Scientist I with strong analytical chemistry or biochemistry experience to help drive innovation in method development, validation, and process optimization.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform complex analysis on materials, products, or devices using instruments like HPLC, GC, LC-MS, FTIR
• Develop, validate, and transfer analytical methods
• Design and optimize formulations and manufacturing processes for clinical-stage drug products
• Analyze and interpret data to guide formulation and process decisions
• Document results in line with GLP, GMP, and regulatory standards
• Contribute to procedural updates, client reporting, and cross-functional collaboration
• Mentor and train junior team members on methods and equipment

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field
• 2–3 years of industry experience , including hands-on work with analytical instrumentation
• Strong understanding of formulation development , regulatory compliance, and lab best practices
• Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a regulated environment
