Required Skills & Experience
o Must be highly skilled and experienced in Salesforce Development (Apex and LWC)
o Must be experienced with Salesforce declarative configuration - flows, page layouts, object modeling
o Must be experienced with platform set-up and configuration including sharing rules, profiles, encryption, and connected apps
•Demonstrated proficiency with information systems technology, which also includes Microsoft Office Suite, email, intranet, internet, and other systems.
•Demonstrated skill in system workflow and business process flow analysis and design.
•Bachelor’s Degree in health care information technology, computer science, or related area, and/or equivalent combination of experience/training.
•Minimum 4 years' experience in a medium to large size medical center with increasing levels of responsibilities and complexity of projects and applications
Job Description
This role will initially focus on two tasks: (1) Work a backlog of security fixes and enhancements. This is several months of work including both developmental and declarative work. (2) Complete development of a ServiceNow integration The individual will report to the Salesforce / CRM Application Manager, and be responsible for development and support of Salesforce solutions. The individual will be responsible for the maintenance, problem resolution, enhancements, and extensions of functionality for new and existing Salesforce applications. The individual will work directly with client managers and individual contributors to assess their applications needs, propose solutions and will oversee the building, testing, and implementation of approved efforts. The individual will manage and track service requests and incident resolutions throughout their lifecycle, ensuring the quality of design, programming, and testing. The individual will collaborate with peers and management in the development of processes for quality application support. This includes coding, tracking, documentation, and version control standards. This individual will then ensure compliance with these standards. This individual will personally accomplish application analysis, code modification and development.
The pay range for this role is from $60-73 per hr with the opportunity to enroll in benefits.
