Job Description

The Pre-Pricing Specialist is responsible for developing strategic pricing, managing RFQs, and collaborating with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure accurate, competitive, and profitable pricing for new and existing products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and update item cost estimates and pricing.
• Manage customer RFQs and the quoting process.
• Ensure pricing accuracy on customer orders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve margins.
• Understand plant capabilities and identify alternate suppliers as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in Paper Manufacturing or related industry preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel .
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and results-driven.
