Pay Range: $28–$35/hour (OT possible but not guaranteed)

Shifts Available (2 positions):

  • 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Will take place on-site at the Neptune facility for the first few weeks
  • Local candidates preferred (Middlesex County or surrounding areas)

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection).
  • Conduct routine facility inspections and identify equipment or safety issues.
  • Troubleshoot and repair production-related machinery or equipment as needed.
  • Assist with minor construction, renovation, and facility improvement tasks.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of maintenance tools, parts, and supplies.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair needs.
  • Follow and promote safety standards throughout all tasks and responsibilities.
  • Help ensure the facility remains clean, organized, and operational at all times.

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • 1–2 years of relevant hands-on maintenance experience.
  • Familiarity with basic mechanical, plumbing, or electrical systems.
  • Knowledge of preventative maintenance principles.
  • Strong troubleshooting, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Physically capable of lifting, moving, and working with equipment/tools as needed.

Top 3 Must-Have Skills

  1. Hands-On Maintenance Experience – At least 1–2 years of experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or general building systems.
  2. Industry Background – Experience in food, beverage, pet care , or similar manufacturing environments preferred.
  3. Education – Must have a GED or high school diploma .
