Compensation: $20 - $23 hourly Responsibilities: Book consultations for prospective clients with our lawyers to expand our caseload and ensure meeting schedules are accurate Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed, including transcription, research, spreadsheet management, and email writing to ensure operational efficiency Help foster prospective client streams by providing input into awareness and law firm partnerships initiatives alongside the marketing team Collect paperwork and enter data into our case management system to ensure a smooth onboarding for new clients and tidy management of case files Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard Qualifications: Customer service or sales experience a plus Possesses outstanding communication skills and sense of empathy Familiarity with case management and CRM systems a bonus Solid data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel Previous legal experience a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred About Company Ready to Join Us?
