Position Overview/Responsibilities for the IT Infrastructure Manager:

Managing a team of Managers and Supervisors

Leading major infrastructure projects

Overseeing vendor relationships and budget management

Navigating both on-premise and cloud environments (AWS or Azure)

Required Skills for IT Infrastructure Manager:

Hands-on technical background with deep knowledge of both on-premise and cloud environments (AWS or Azure – no preference)

Strong experience in systems (servers) and networking; able to guide, troubleshoot, and support technical teams across enterprise infrastructure

Well-rounded infrastructure expertise across cloud, networking, systems, and security domains

Experience managing third-party vendors, including contract negotiation, service level management, and performance oversight

Responsible for infrastructure budgeting and forecasting in alignment with organizational goals

Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience in an infrastructure environment
