The General Manager is responsible for overseeing a 200-room luxury hotel with multiple food and beverage choices . Primary hosting the leisure market the hotel does have 7K event space making it an ideal location for the social and business corporates markets.

Role Description

The Hotel General Manager is responsible for: The guest and associate experience, financial performance to ensure ownership’s need at met. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a luxury hotel / resort experience preferable with lifestyle boutique operations, successful career progression, strong understanding of analyzing market conditions, a champion for the associate, a hands-on/ visible approach, understand how to work with the needs of an asset manager/owner and able to provide references from prior bosses.

Qualifications

• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Leadership and team management skills for supervising and mentoring.
• Proficiency in financials and working with asset manager.
• Effective communication/interpersonal skills for collaborating w/stakeholders and hotel leaders.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Tenured experience in the hotel resort workplace as a proven General Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Compensation: $200-$240K + 50% incentive.
