Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager, located in Hemet, CA. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage and mentor team members, develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals, and maintain excellent customer service standards. Responsibilities include overseeing sales performance, improving operational efficiencies, managing budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture that encourages growth and efficiency. The General Manager will represent the company at events as necessary and report on key performance indicators to upper management.
