Maintenance Supervisor – Bilingual

Location: Carpentersville, IL

Compensation: $30–$34 per hour

A growing real estate investment and property management company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join its on-site team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, hands-on, and bilingual in English and Spanish. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, reliability, and a proactive approach to property maintenance and team management.

Key Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish ( required )
• 2–3 years of relevant maintenance experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage day-to-day operations and prioritize work orders
• Must be able to take initiative and work independently

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate daily maintenance operations on site
• Manage and schedule unit turns with outside vendors
• Complete and track all work orders and service requests
• Conduct regular property inspections and address deficiencies
• Oversee preventative maintenance tasks
• Deliver resident notices as needed
• Participate in on-call emergency rotation
• Other duties as assigned
