Job Description

Role: Lead all construction operations for multiple, concurrent, one‑of‑one luxury residences. Own execution excellence, client experience, and the development of PMs/Supers while partnering closely with design teams and ownership.

Primary responsibilities

• Full lifecycle leadership from feasibility & precon (budgeting, VE, procurement) through construction & closeout .
• Create and manage master schedules , risk registers, and mitigation plans; drive look‑aheads and constraint removal.
• Oversee buyout & trade partner strategy ; ensure scope clarity, quality standards, and safety.
• Lead owner/architect/GC meetings; maintain transparent reporting on cost, schedule, risks, and changes.
• Institutionalize QA/QC (mockups/benchmarks), punchlist discipline, and warranty performance.
• Set and manage KPIs : gross margin, schedule adherence, client CSAT, rework %, safety.
• Develop talent : recruit, coach, succession plan; elevate team performance and culture.
• Uphold confidentiality, privacy, and elevated client service norms for UHNW clientele.

Qualifications

• 15–25+ yrs total construction experience with a heavy ultra‑luxury custom portfolio; 8–10+ yrs leading PMs/Supers.
• Demonstrated delivery of multiple $15M–$35M architect‑driven estates.
• Strong financial acumen (WIP, contingency, fee, allowances, COs, buyout strategies).
• Code/permit expertise (FBC/HVHZ, coastal & floodplain, storm/hurricane means & methods).
• Bachelor’s in CM/Engineering or equivalent experience; Florida GC license a plus.
