Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, sharp, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support a CEO with multiple business ventures. This individual is a public figure and serial entrepreneur, so experience supporting someone in a similar position is ideal. The EA will work closely with both executive and personal support teams and serve as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

This role is primarily remote, with occasional in-person work at the CEO’s Santa Barbara home office. Candidates based in Ventura County or North Los Angeles who are open to light commuting when the CEO is in town are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex scheduling and logistics in coordination with personal and executive teams.
  • Track and prioritize projects and deadlines across multiple business lines.
  • Triage and manage the CEO’s inboxes with speed, discretion, and accuracy.
  • Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Maintain smooth communication between the CEO, staff, partners, and collaborators.
  • Handle personal expenses, admin tasks, and maintain public-facing materials like bios and CVs.
  • Support the CEO’s social media presence as needed.
  • Conduct research and assist with various projects and initiatives.
  • Act as gatekeeper for all incoming communications.
  • Occasional travel (including international) may be required.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years supporting a senior-level executive, ideally a public figure/entrepreneur.
  • Strong written/verbal communication and tech-savvy (Mac OS, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Egnyte or similar).
  • Highly organized with excellent judgment, follow-through, and adaptability.
  • Discreet, professional, and comfortable managing sensitive information.
  • Team player with a proactive mindset and a can-do attitude.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.

Compensation: $120,000–$140,000 DOE + full benefits
