Role: Electric Motor Mechanic/Winder

Location: Louisville, KY

Shift: 1st Shift

Type: Full-time

Job Description:

  • 1–3 years of experience in industrial electric motor repair (not automotive) or relevant EASA/military training
  • Hands-on experience with disassembly, diagnostics, repair, and testing of AC/DC motors, generators, pumps, and gearboxes
  • Proficient with tools such as multimeters, high-pot testers, growlers, micrometers, and calipers
  • Conducts failure analysis and documents findings according to OEM, EASA, and customer specifications
  • Performs both in-house and on-site repairs with a focus on electrical and mechanical safety practices
  • Maintains accurate records of diagnostics, repairs, and quality checks
