Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated professional who excels in providing high-quality customer support via phone, email, and written communication. The Contact Center Representative will serve as a primary point of contact, delivering accurate information with empathy and professionalism. This is a contract-to-hire role with great potential for growth and excellent benefits upon conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries from participants, vendors, and internal teams via phone, email, and in-person communication.
• Research and resolve issues related to claims, benefits, and eligibility while providing clear and accurate information.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the system.
• Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, processing forms, and handling special fund or disability claims.
• Navigate online resources to assist customers with account or benefit information.
• Monitor call queues and handle after-hours messages as needed.
• Collaborate with management on special projects and process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1+ years in a call center, customer service, or data-entry role (medical billing or claims experience preferred).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to type at least 40 WPM.
• Soft Skills: Strong written/verbal communication, problem-solving abilities, reliability, and a professional demeanor.
• Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred.

Additional Details:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, full-time.
• Work Arrangement: On-site during contract phase; hybrid schedule may be offered upon conversion.
• Contract Length: 6-month contract with a strong potential to convert to a permanent role.
• Background Requirements: Must pass background check and drug screening prior to starting.
