About the Role : We are excited to announce an opening for a Commercial Lines Account Manager who will be integral in servicing an existing book of accounts and collaborating with producers to grow and manage these accounts.

Responsibilities :

• Manage a book of commercial insurance policies, including property, liability, workers' compensation, and auto insurance.
• Discuss with clients their insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Work with producers to conduct thorough needs assessments to determine the most appropriate insurance coverage for each client.
• Process and manage commercial insurance renewals in a timely and efficient manner.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in commercial lines insurance.

Required Skills :

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of commercial insurance products.
• Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, both in-person and over the phone.
