Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supervising high-quality, individualized ABA therapy programs. You will make a direct impact on our clients' lives while providing mentorship to clinical staff and fostering collaborative relationships with families. This is an in-center position offering a structured schedule and a supportive environment focused on professional growth and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Leadership & Program Development:

  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments using tools such as the VB-MAPP, AFLS, and Social Skills Solutions.
  • Design, develop, and implement individualized, research-based treatment programs tailored to each client's needs.
  • Continuously analyze client progress data to make data-driven decisions and update programs accordingly.
  • Maintain meticulous and timely clinical documentation in compliance with BACB and payer requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
  • Valid BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
  • Clear criminal background check.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and families.
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 40 pounds, sit on the floor, bend, kneel, and engage in other physically active tasks as required.
