Location: Lake Elsinore, CA

About the Role:

We are seeking a Blending Operator to join our clients growing production team. This role is the first step toward a career in blending and is responsible for creating ingredient batches according to customer specifications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform the Clean In Place (CIP) process from start to finish, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Prepare ingredient batches according to customer specifications.
• Set up and operate batching equipment independently.
• Verify all ingredients for compliance and readiness; collaborate with team members as needed.
• Clean and sanitize workstations to prevent cross-contamination.
• Communicate shortages or issues to supervisors or team leads.
• Maintain working knowledge of equipment and troubleshoot minor issues; collaborate with other departments for assistance.
• Complete all documentation accurately and promptly.
• Support overall operations with additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Competency in basic math, reading, and writing.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through on tasks.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous batching or production experience preferred.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to operate machinery and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and reaching.
• Ability to work safely and follow all safety procedures.
• Ability to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods.
• Regular attendance and punctuality.
