Position: Data Technician I

Location: Omaha, NE 68130

Duration: 6 Month Contract

Environment: On-Site Monday - Friday; 8AM - 5PM

Pay Rate: $30/HR

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum one year of experience in Construction, Operations, Design, Maintenance or Utility/Energy industry
• Experience with invoices, work orders, state of work, purchase orders, or charges
• Experience reconciling backlog of work orders, identifying work orders without recent charges and determining the proper action.
• Excel experience VLOOKUP's, index match, count ifs, sum ifs formulas, and Managing large data sets.
• Provide a report summarizing the reconciliation work completed, including recommendations for future improvements.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Working within or standing up PMO structure
• CAPM/PMP Certification through PMI
• Experience with SAP Experience doing work order reconciliation and/or allocation specifically with: VLOOKUP's, index match, count ifs, sum ifs formulas, and Managing large data sets.

Job Description

One of our clients is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Work Order Data Technician to support work order reconciliation efforts within utility operations. This Data Tech will assist in quality control and quality assurance efforts and identify a long-term plan to eliminate a WO backlog in the future. This WO Data Tech will implement best practices to minimize O&M leakage during the reconciliation process while collaborating with peers to solve issues and provide status updates. This role is paying a flat rate of $30/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
