Our client is seeking a full-time, motivated, and ambitious individual to join our team as an Associate. Candidates will be responsible for mitigating risks and maximizing property values on existing portfolio investments.
The ideal candidate will spend a majority of the time communicating with borrowers, analyzing financial information, reviewing legal documents, and completing thorough reports on outstanding assets. Each candidate should be an independent self-starter with a strong analytical background, exemplary organizational and multitasking skills, excellent attention to detail, and effective verbal/written communications skills. Compensation is competitive, based upon the candidate's experience level and will include a discretionary, performance-based bonus.
