Join us and help create communities where everyone has the opportunity to thrive. Location: Cincinnati, OH (Hybrid – 1 day WFH per week)

What You’ll Do

  • Develop preliminary and conceptual designs, including site plans, building layouts, elevations, and amenities.
  • Research and interpret zoning codes, building codes, and accessibility requirements at city, county, and state levels.
  • Prepare, organize, and review construction drawings and specifications.
  • Drive the plan review and permitting process to keep projects on track.
  • Collaborate with development teams, consultants, and construction partners to ensure projects meet design intent, deadlines, and budgets.
  • Contribute to housing solutions that have a real, lasting impact on families and communities!

What You Bring

  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Architecture degree.
  • 2–3 years of architectural experience
  • AutoCAD and Revit proficiency required
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Familiarity with building codes and accessibility design requirements.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail.
  • A genuine passion for affordable housing and community improvement.

Why Join Our Team?

  • Make a difference: Your work will directly impact low-income families by providing safe, stable, and beautiful housing.
  • Growth potential: We invest in our team—this role is a direct pathway to becoming a Project Manager.
  • Collaborative culture: Work alongside a small tight-knit team, with flexibility to innovate and contribute ideas.
  • Flexibility: One day per week remote work, flexible start times, and a supportive environment that values work–life balance.
  • Benefits: Very affordable medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k, Quarterly Bonuses, Unlimited PTO, and more.
