About the Role
As an Assignment Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of Opteon’s commitment to industry-leading customer service. You’ll work closely with clients and appraisers to place orders efficiently, ensuring every appraisal meets client needs and company standards.

Prior experience: Experience is a must! If you have prior assignment experience working in the appraisal industry, you are who we are looking for.
Attention to Detail: Precision is non-negotiable, even under heavy workloads.
Critical Thinking & Problem Solving: Use logic and creativity to address client and appraiser needs while minimizing risks.
Customer Service Excellence: A proven ability to understand and exceed client expectations.
Time & Priority Management: Handle multiple priorities efficiently to meet daily goals.
Communication Skills: Clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communication, with strong listening skills.
Computer Proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) and quick to learn new platforms.
Conflict Resolution: Skilled at navigating and resolving conflicts with appraisers and clients.
Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve department and company goals.
